• One Month of paystubs
• Two years - W2's and Signed Tax Returns
• Two Months of your most recent Asset Statements (all pages)                       ( bank statements, mutual funds, brokerage accounts and IRA/40lK accounts)
• copy of driver's license
• Insurance agent's name, phone number and ins quote

Additional Documentation May Be Required:

• VA loans: DD214, Eligibility Certificate
• FHA loans: copy of Social Security Card
• Divorce Decree
• Bankruptcy Discharge Notice, Filing and Schedule of Creditors
• Green Card (front and back)
• H-1 or L-1 Visa
• Trust Agreement
• For a cash out refinance, provide a letter explaining how you will use the refinance proceeds
