Two Ways to Qualify:
1.) If you are purchasing or refinancing a home in one of 360 census tracts there is no limit on the income you can earn.

2.) If you are purchasing or refinancing a home and earn less than:
· $53,360 ( Collin, Dallas, Denton, or Rockwall County)
· $50,480 (Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, or Wise County
· $41,840 (Burleson County)
Your home does not have to be in a specified census tract if you meet the above income qualifications.
Zero Downpayment Loan with No Mortgage Insurance
Program Benefits:

Market interest rate (same interest rate as 20% down)

Save $62.50 to $121.50 per month thru the elimination of mortgage insurance on a $150,000 loan amount.

Seller can pay 6% of your closing costs and prepaids

If you have 5% for a downpayment, your interest rate will be less than the market interest rate.

- $500 investment
- Good credit (does not have to be perfect)
- Homebuyer education required
- No minimum credit score
- Traditional or Non-traditional credit
